Why Rent With Us?

Our mission is to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable living environment for our tenants.  We manage rental properties exclusively on behalf of our client owners and work diligently to keep systems functioning and perform routine property upkeep to maintain the home’s value.

We know the decision of where to live is a significant one.  Here’s how we plan to make your stay with us a positive experience:

1)  Providing at least 1 day’s notice for any entry into your unit unless permission has been granted for specific tenant requests.

2)  Prompt responsiveness to tenant requests/inquiries and knowing all of our tenants individually by name

3)  Quarterly walk-throughs to ensure all systems continue to function properly

4)  Working with tenants to maximize security deposit refunds by volunteering to point out things that need additional cleaning/repair prior to the final inspection.  Over the past year, our tenants have received an average of 90%+ of their security deposits back (excluding carpet cleaning expenses)

5)  Working on behalf of tenants when “life” happens and plans change.  Although subletting is not allowed,  we will work to secure a new tenant (advertising, scheduling showings, etc) if tenants need to get out of a lease early.  Please keep in mind there is no guarantee that we can locate a new tenant immediately and tenants need to plan to continue paying rent through the end of their lease if no suitable tenant is found.
